How to Use GOH award:

For existing reservation:
Please contact hyatt customer service and telling them that you want to apply GOH benefit on your reservation(remember to provide reservation#)

For new reservation:
Please go to your hyatt mobile app → account → awards → find your GOH certificate and click REDEEM.

Once click redeem the page will jump to Booking page and you will see “Your award will be applied after you select a hotel”

Then you can make a new booking through here and GOH will be applied after booking has been made.
